Jonathan Glick (Founder) – Managing Partner, Incubation Capital Partners
Mr. Glick is the Founder and Managing Partner of Incubation Capital Partners, a merchant bank and boutique capital raising firm. Prior to forming Incucap, Mr. Glick was a capital raising executive at Allegro Advisors, where he evaluated and marketed real estate investment managers globally. Previously, Mr. Glick was an investment officer at Rothschild Realty Managers, a private equity fund that provides growth capital to real estate operating companies. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers, covering financial institutions. Mr. Glick received his BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Will Beam – Managing Director, Mesirow
Mr. Beam is a Managing Director of Institutional Real Estate Direct Investments for Mesirow, where he is responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities and providing development equity to best-in-class developers. Prior to Mesirow, Mr. Beam was the Managing Director of Investments at Magnolia Capital, and previously served as a Senior Vice President for Heitman Capital Management, where he focused on sourcing multifamily acquisitions and joint ventures across the country. Mr. Beam graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
William Edge – Principal, Incubation Capital Partners
Mr. Edge is a Principal at Incubation Capital Partners, a merchant bank and boutique capital raising firm. Prior to joining Incucap, Mr. Edge was an Investment Analyst at Alignium, LLC (F.K.A. RVK, Real Estate Consulting Group). Mr. Edge holds a BBA from The University of Iowa.
James McCormick – Senior Vice President, AMLI Residential
Mr. McCormick is Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Acquisitions at AMLI. Prior to joining AMLI, Mr. McCormick worked in investment banking and private equity. Mr. McCormick received a BA from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ryan Robinette – Principal, Incubation Capital Partners
Mr. Robinette is a Principal at Incubation Capital Partners, a merchant bank and boutique capital raising firm. Prior to joining Incucap, Mr. Robinette was a Vice President at Alignium, LLC (F.K.A. RVK, Real Estate Consulting Group), and previously served as Assistant Vice President at BB&T Real Estate Funding, a middle-market bridge lender. Mr. Robinette earned a BS in International Business from The University of Akron, and an MBA from The University of Alabama.
Whitney Robinette – Principal, L3 Capital
Ms. Robinette is a Principal at L3 Capital, an urban retail investment manager based in Chicago, where she is responsible for asset management, leasing, and capital markets. Prior to L3, Ms. Robinette Whitney served as a Senior Portfolio Accountant in the Investor Accounting department at Heitman Capital Management. Ms. Robinette graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Accountancy.
Todd Vender – Managing Partner, Blackbird Investment Group
Mr. Vender is a Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Blackbird, an institutional real estate platform focused on middle market investments. Prior to co-founding Blackbird, Mr. Vender was a Senior Vice President at Blue Vista Capital Management, and previously worked in Jones Lang LaSalle’s transactions group. Mr. Vender received a BA degree from Georgetown University.
